Tropheus Moorii Yellow Banded
The yellow band moorii, also called the Kaiser II Cichlid or the Tropheus Moorii Ikola, is a schooling cichlid in the wild and a few of these mature species in the aquarium is a marvelous sight. At only two inches the yellow band becomes distinct, so don’t worry when you receive the fish at one to one and a half inches and the band is not visible. Slow to grow but hardy, keep the water clean and make sure it has flake food that contains veggies. Tropheus cichlids appreciate lettuce treats from time to time.
