Mudskipper African
African mudskippers spend much of their lives out of water, these guys love to sunbath and require a surface area – rock or driftwood will do. The mudskipper will climb out of the water and enjoy the lamp. In the wilds these aquarium pets are caught on river banks of brackish waters, so it is a good idea to add a little aquarium salt to the water. Typically a tank with mudskippers, toads, and other amphibians has only a few inches of water. These “amphibians” are beautiful species for terrariums and will jump quite far to catch live crickets.
African mudskippers will eat small fish and they will eat Indian dwarf mudskippers, however larger fish and amphibians will live in peace and harmony.
