Giant Danio

The Giant Danio is a flashy large schooling fish that will grow to about three inches in the aquarium. Extremely hardy, giant danios may be kept with cichlids and large community tanks, but will outgrow small nano tanks. We recommend a school of at least four. Most giant danios in the trade are captive bred in ponds in Florida. Our current shipment is from Asia and on the small size, but they are mighty in spirit.
