Lemon Tetra

Few tetras are truly yellow so lemon tetras are favored for bright yellow highlights, and these fish are best kept in schools of six or more. The lemon tetra is hardy and peaceful, but doe not do well on it’s own. In nature lemon tetras use the black and yellow highlights to confuse predators when in flight. These are great pet fish for community tanks, nano tanks, and planted aquariums.
