Venus Flytrap
The carnivorous venus flytrap, or fly trap, has leaves that attract then spring close around insects. Once the insect gets trapped, the leaves emit digestive fluids and consume the poor critter. Let’s hope its a mosquito. Venus flytraps are found in wetlands of the Southeast United States and are perfect for a terrarium. In fact they develop a very attractive white flower.
